35' Nomad Trailer on a Year Round Lot in Brantford, Ontario

We have a xxxx Nomad trailer we are putting up for sale on a huge, year round spot. We only camp there seasonally but I beleive it is $350 a month for year round. Asking 22,000 It is 35' long.
