35' Nomad Trailer on a huge lot in Year Round or Seasonal Park in Brantford, Ontario

We have a xxxx Nomad trailer we are putting up for sale on a huge, year round or seasonal (May-Oct) spot. We only camp there seasonally ($xxxx) but I beleive it is $350 a month for year round. The park has a store with a small restaurant open all year. A lake for swimming and another for fishing (electric engine only) A hall that has bingo, dances, kids activities, etc. in the summer. There is a laundry room too. Asking 21,999. It is 35' long. Includes deck built in xxxx, awning replaced in xxxx and 2 story shed built in xxxx. Inside it has a queen bedrm, living room with pull out bed, kitchen with u shaped table that is another bed, bathrm and another bedrm. The LR, kitchen is an a large slide. The 2nd bedrm is also a slide. There are 3 bunks (2 are larger than a regular trailer bunk) plus a trundle bed. There is an electric fireplace in the LR and a small flatscreen tv/dvd.
